The spacious pool is fantastic (especially for for kids) and it is actually treated seawater! the place itself is beautiful, surrounded by aged olive trees. The young crew serving breakfast and at the bar were extremely friendly and helpful with our kids. They went all out the way to get the vegan yogurt for our daughter, socialise with them so that I could catch a moment to have my breakfast in peace. There is no longer a restaurant serving full lunch or dinner, just a bar with drinks and sandwiches or simple salad. Honestly, there are short falls and the place needs massive maintenance to bring it to 5 stars standard. But we loved our stay and didnt mind about the minus.

Stunning surroundings. Nice long gated drive up to the main reception. Very helpful staff all speaking English. The room was air-conditioned. Clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast is a buffet consisting of breads, fruit, cereal, mixed meats & cheese,teas, coffee and fresh juice. Plenty to go around and all very fresh. The pool is vast, clean but cold. You won't be disappointed

This hotel was especially noisy. The hotel is very big and the walls are very thin. I was woke at 6am on a Saturday due to the extremely loud noises coming from above my room. There was constant chair and table dragging across the floor for a good 3 hours straight, assuming they were setting up for a wedding. There was nothing more infuriating when I booked into the hotel looking forward to a relaxing evening and a good sleep! Fortunately I was only there the one night otherwise I would have asked to be moved. I don’t understand why they have a mini bar fridge in the room, turned on but nothing inside. What a waste! The rooms also became very very cold during the night as they are very big in size, with just cold stone white walls. There is only a bed sheet on the bed, no duvet cover. My husband did find a duvet in the cupboard but it was just that - a duvet, no bed sheets for it, assuming they don’t wash the duvets everyday as they would do the sheets it makes me wonder how many people before me have used this, I stayed cold through the night instead. I had to iron a dress for an event I was attending in a town nearby and they only had 2 irons for the entire masseria so I had to opt to go out with an extremely wrinkly dress as the reception said they couldn’t get me it as someone else had it. They couldn’t even try or ring the other room to see how long it was needed. Very disappointed. Staff were not very friendly at all.
