What an absolutely beautiful accomodation and staff. So peaceful and beautiful. Rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable. Wonderful, kind and helpful owners and staff. They went beyond to help us. The breakfast is lovely with all local produce. Highly recommend. The most beautiful accomodation of our 4 week European travels.

Our stay at Masseria Zambardo was simply unforgettable. Nestled in the stunning countryside, the masseria offers an atmosphere of complete peace and relaxation, surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. It was the perfect escape to unwind and reset. The breakfast each morning was a real highlight—a spread of cured meats, cheeses, eggs, fresh fruits, cakes, and freshly made juices, along with rich, delicious coffee. The breakfast area itself is enchanting: a vine-covered terrace overlooking the pool, creating a dreamlike start to every day. The pool was another favourite of ours—spacious, crystal-clear, and surrounded by lavender. Not only was it beautiful, but we were pleasantly surprised not to get a single mosquito bite, which we suspect was thanks to the lavender! The staff were wonderfully friendly and attentive, and we had no issues at all communicating in English. A heartfelt thank you to Anna for her outstanding customer service and flawless English—she truly made us feel welcome. We also signed up for a cooking class at their sister property, Masseria Incantalupi, which was an incredible experience. Maria, the chef who guided the class, was patient, knowledgeable, and engaging, walking us through every step as we prepared veal roulade, orecchiette, and tiramisù. We enjoyed our creations outdoors on the beautiful terrace of Incantalupi, surrounded by the charm of the Apulian countryside. We absolutely loved this place and will definitely be returning next year. Highly recommended for anyone seeking tranquillity, great food, and authentic southern Italian hospitality. We also highly recommend the cooking classes with Maria, a fantastic way to learn and experience the true flavours of authentic Puglian cuisine.

We came early and they let us have breakfast the day we arrived, which was so sweet. The place is stupendous, with a peaceful, intimate. Lush gardens and plants, and animals. It truly felt like home thanks to the generous and friendly staff. The breakfast in the garden under a pergola of grapes with homemade cakes, jams, and fresh fruit from the farm is something I will be dreaming about for years. We couldn’t have asked for more and can’t wait to come back. The staff let us borrow an umbrella to take to the beach! We also enjoyed the bar by the pool, our private patio, the artisanal soap in the bathrooms. Everything was perfect! There were also lots of kids who enjoyed the pool and playing with the horses and cats.
