Extremely disappointing behaviour from the accommodation staff member. We had a reservation for 2 rooms for 1 night, but due to medical reasons, we had to continue our onward journey. Out of common courtesy and respect, we went to the place in person to cancel the reservation, where the receptionist bluntly explained how we were obliged to pay the full price of the two rooms. After checking in the website of Massimago, it turned out that the penalty for cancelling is less than 30% of the room rate. Upon telling this to the receptionist, she said “Ok, bye”. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid at all costs. Edited: Your explanations of the case are completely irrelevant. All I did was visit your website and perform the cancellation. Screenshot is attached.
