Location: awesome spot in one of the best locations in antalya. Magnificent sea view, and easy to access. The neighborhood is upstanding and quiet. Service: I felt instantly at home. The management, reception, room service, and restaurant staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. Language is not a barrier here. They do all they can to make your stay unforgettable. The breakfast buffet and the restaurant plates are really tasty, and it is located at rooftop with a beautiful view of the sea . The bar is relaxing and well served. Spa is amazing. Rooms: The room we had was on the 4th floor with an unobstructed view of the magnificent sea just at our feet. The decoration and equipment were at the height of this hotels reputation. The toilet sink didn't drain fast enough, but it was fixed as soon as I mentioned the problem. These people really care about their clients. In short, it was one of the most memorable hotels I have seen all over the world.

Room and location were mostly good, but I was expecting better service for a hotel this price. At two occasions, a male staff member entered my room WITHOUT knocking. He left once he saw I was in there but didn’t seem sorry. I find it appalling that someone would come in an occupied room without knocking, for any reason! Room service is also very slow. I ordered a very simple dinner and it took an hour and a half and 3 phone calls to get delivered. The room did not have a Do Not Disturb sign for the door and the mini bar was empty despite having a menu.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. During my 2-day stay, I had to change my room key more than 5 times because they kept malfunctioning. This caused so much inconvenience — I had to go back and forth to the reception constantly, wasting my time and energy. The staff didn’t seem very concerned, and no proper solution was offered. The room itself was average at best, and nothing made up for the stress I went through. I’ve stayed in many hotels before, but this was by far the worst experience of all. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
