Master Family Club All Inclusive

We recently stayed at the Master Family Club in Manavgat and had a fantastic experience overall. One of the highlights of our trip was the animation team—they were energetic, friendly, and kept the atmosphere lively throughout our stay. They truly went above and beyond to engage both kids and adults, adding a lot of fun to our holiday. Another standout feature was the in-ground spa, which provided a relaxing retreat within the resort. We especially want to highlight Seta, who gave one of the best massages we’ve ever had. His technique was excellent, and we would highly recommend her services to other visitors looking for a top-quality spa experience. The food selection was also very good, with a variety of options to suit different tastes. From fresh salads and local dishes to international cuisine, there was always something enjoyable to eat. All in all, Master Family Club delivered a wonderful balance of relaxation and entertainment. We would gladly return and recommend it to families and couples alike!

Great family-friendly hotel with lots of greenery We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It’s very family-friendly and surrounded by plenty of greenery, which creates a relaxing atmosphere. There are many shaded areas where you can truly unwind and escape the sun. The beach is rocky, so water shoes are a must unless you choose to enter the sea from the pier, which is a nice option. A special mention goes to Ugur, the bartender at the lobby bar – he makes fantastic cocktails, especially the margarita! You can tell he’s a real professional who knows his craft. Unfortunately, the other bartenders mostly just pour drinks without much finesse. The kids’ club is also very well run by the lovely female animators – they do a fantastic job keeping the children entertained and happy. Overall, a great place to relax with family and enjoy some quality time in a beautiful setting.

The worst hotel I have ever visited! My family came here for a week and it was the worst holiday I have ever been on, so much so it’s out me off coming back to Turkey at all! When we first arrived the staff were rude, tried to tell us they had upgraded our two rooms ( we are a family of 6) into a better one, what a joke! Room was tiny, had only 4 beds! An absolute joke to get another room, when they finally did give us another room, this one was filthy and smelled like mould. The hotel caters to Russian guests mostly so all the food was Russian. Anything that wasn’t was barely edible. There is a really creepy man that wanders about trying to convince you to go to the onsite spa, offers free massages and then threatens you after for not paying. Kept trying to get my sister to come in a car with him somewhere, absolutely disgusting human being. Entertainment was located a fair distance from hotel and was sub standard at best, again catered towards their Russian clientele. You cannot leave the hotel, it is surrounded by nothing so unless you book excursions you are essentially trapped. It’s a very long distance from Lara beach so very expensive for taxis etc. Definitely not a 5 star hotel at all, it would barely be a 1 star hotel. Do yourself a favour and book any other hotel in Turkey! WORST HOTEL EVER!!
