Wow - we came from Marbella for the weekend to Sevilla and I booked it under the Hyatt app. It’s my first time to stay at a Mr&Mrs Smith hotel and I couldn’t have been more thrilled. This hotel is a true jewel. It’s fantastic and the rooms combine luxury, design and old features. Our suite was huge, very tasteful designed with a great bathroom. The spa was beautiful. The sauna, steam bath and tub with hot stones were brand new and wonderful to relax after a day of exploring the city. The staff is so helpful and professional, I couldn’t have asked for more! I would definitely come back!

We stayed at Palacio Villapanes for 3 nights, and it truly exceeded our expectations. This was, without a doubt, one of the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Spain. The property is absolutely beautiful, with stunning architecture and elegant details throughout. Everything was spotless and so well-maintained, you can tell they really care about the guest experience. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. From the serene atmosphere to the luxurious amenities, every part of our stay felt relaxing and special. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a top-tier hotel experience in Spain.

My experience at CoolRooms Palacio Villapanés 5 GL was fantastic. The beautifully designed rooms blend luxury and comfort seamlessly, and everything was perfectly clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were impressively quiet. I didn't hear a thing from neighbors. The shower was also excellent. Staff members were very courteous, professional, and attentive, and the hotel's restaurant was outstanding. The location is a short 10–15 minute walk from main sights like the Cathedral and Alcázar. However, it's situated on a narrow, quiet street, making car access or parking somewhat challenging. I highly recommend this hotel!
