Great location, next to sassi area, comfortable stay, very friendly staff.
Very large rooms with plenty of things, coffee maker, tea, large TV and so on. Comfy beds. Nice and efficient lady in the reception. Generally good place, but the sound isolation between rooms is really bad, there was no warm water in the morning and the breakfast in the bar downstairs is really poor.
