Matiat Hotel Istanbul

I stayed at Matiat Hotel and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience from start to finish. -The room was very small and not clean. -Housekeeping only came once every three days, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel. -The breakfast was poor, with very limited and low-quality options. -The overall cleanliness and service standards were well below basic expectations. If I could give a rating below zero, I would. This hotel is definitely not recommended. Save your money and book elsewhere.

This is definitely not a four-star hotel! The room was extremely dirty, and the smell of cigarettes and sewage made it almost unbearable to stay there. The sheets and beds were stained, and when we addressed this with the receptionist, we were told that “all the sheets in the hotel are the same.” The breakfast was also disappointing, with very limited options. When we asked if we could change rooms, the receptionist simply told us: “We don’t have other rooms, you can choose to stay or find somewhere else and talk to your company.” Save your money and stay away from this hotel, it’s absolutely not worth the price.

We chaged rooms alot of times, most AC's didnt work well, the suit rooms arent even suit its js one big room and a bathroom some beds had hairs or stains on towels that were put under the covers of the bed, worst of all my dad closed the door to the bathroom of one of the suits and he couldnt open it we had to call hotel service alot of ripped wallpapers
