Very spacious rooms! They definitely care about the cleaning, and the staff was friendly and responsive to some minor issues, like hotel cards, etc. It would be nice to have a little bit more options for breakfast, some veggies for example.
The hotel location is great. Just a few minutes from Avenida Paulista and Consolação Metro. Jardins os a beautiful neighborhood, relatively safe and plenty of restaurants options. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms spacious and comfortable. The only downside was the WiFi. It was weak at times and poor connection at busy hours. It isn't suitable for someone that needs to work. However, I was told they will upgrade it soon. The breakfast was at acceptable level, but should be better. They don't offer any free from option without additional costs. This is the reason why I am not giving 5 starts.
I stayed there around April of 2023 and their rooms are pretty good for staying in. I would say that their beds in the hotel are not like the Melia or some other hotels in the city, it’s a bit different. One thing I may want to point out is that the hotel does not have machines in the building doing laundry service. The hotel is in contact with a nearby company which you may have to pay a certain amount to get your clothes washed and dryer. However for their service in the morning for coffee and hot water on the downstairs cafe was a big disappointment. Their were countless complaints before people staying there saying that the management who took care f the service was bad. In the hotel lobby they have a beverage machine where you can have coffee, espresso, and hot chocolate. The coffee was free and it was way better than coffee they serve in the cafe. Near the machine they had plastic shot glasses for coffee which may seem to be a fairly amount. But as for the other choices on the Beverage machine you would have to download an app to pay for the expresso and hot chocolate.
