Great place for a day or two (it's close to the GIG airport) but definitely not for a longer stay. Uber is cheap but it's hard to get one from the hotel to the downtown area. The staff is really friendly and welcoming and the rooms are quiet, spacious and clean, with great wi-fi and a well working AC. Breakfast was starting already at 5:30am and had a lot of fresh options. Lunch and dinner are also available in the on site restaurant. The gym is clean and equipped with a stationary bike and a treadmill as well as some weights. No supermarkets close by.
We stayed here one night before we flew home. The hotel was clean and room comfortable for a lay over airport rest. The restaurant onsite for breakfast and lunch was a plus. More than anything I was impressed with the reception of the hotel and the help we received from Juliana and Maria at check in. We don't speak Portuguese and the patience and help in making sure we had a nice stay was outstanding and made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you Juliana and Maria!!
Nice hotel for the area, bad location. The staff are polite and helpful. The restaurant is average with plenty of the basic food selections. If you're staying long term get a room on the back side as the traffic noise and the extremely loud music from the club across the highway is unbelievable Thursday thru Sunday. Three stars is the best I can do for this one.
