Very nice (surprisingly big!) room for the price, gorgeous hotel, friendly staff, probably the best location you’ll find in the city. There is breakfast on site but when I booked I must not have seen an option for it as part of a package? My only complaint is a lack of microwaves on property, but that was pretty common of my experience in Japan in general.
Great hotel, well located. The staff was very friendly and service-oriented - they managed to sort out same day laundry service for us which was greatly appreciated. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious with both Japanese and Western options.
I stay there during my trip on Obon. It was just in front of the Station. The staff at the front desk were very kind. The room and the bathroom were cleaned. I highly recommended getting breakfast included if you stay here. It was a buffet style with wide variety menus such as Sausages and scrambled eggs. Omelete to red heaven Nodogoro Izumo Soba and. Shimane ken specialities. Also there was a wide variety of drinks and smoothies.
