Our stay at Māua Nusa Penida was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile – their hospitality truly made us feel at home. The location is absolutely stunning. Perched in one of the most scenic spots on the island, the views from our balcony were simply breathtaking – the perfect backdrop to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee or a relaxing evening. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, with a strong emphasis on hygiene and cleanliness throughout the property. Everything felt fresh and meticulously cared for.

The moment I stepped into this hotel, I was warmly greeted by the friendly reception staff. The check-in process was quick, pleasant, and attentive, instantly making me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was spotless, fragrant, and neatly arranged. The bed was soft, the pillows were comfortable, and the interior design beautifully combined modern touches with a warm, cozy vibe. From the balcony, the sunrise view was absolutely breathtaking — too stunning to miss. This hotel truly offers a stay that exceeds expectations. Perfect for family vacations, business trips, or a short staycation. I will definitely be coming back! ⭐ Rating: 5/5 – Comfortable, clean, and outstanding service!

We stayed here for 2-nights, and my expectations while booking this property were really high, but they didn’t meet my expectations during my stay. Here’s a list of things I liked and I didn’t: Room: Good, seems clean and newly constructed, view very basic jungle view. Washroom, very basic, at a 5-star property we at least expect a basic bathtub (as in my 10-day stay in Bali, this is the only hotel which didn’t have a Bathtub. (3/5) Restaurant: Views – Amazing, jungle plus pool view, great views for an amazing breakfast. (5/5) Food: Awesome, though the menu is limited, but the food was really good. A bit more elaborative menu and good service would make this even better (4.5/5) Service: This is an area where the hotel should really focus on, limited staff always multi-tasking, the service in restaurant was slow and we had to call people to remind about our order, there are just 2 buggys and most of the times they weren’t available. (3/5) Approach Road: I don’t if the local administration is responsible for this or the hotel management, but at least the last 200/ 300 meters should be maintained by the Hotel to give a sense of entering into a luxury hotel. Bar/ Pool: Amazing Bar alongside a very beautifully maintained pool. Perfect for people who just want to chill, relax or read a book. (5/5) PS: One thing that really disappointed me was the afternoon snacks/ tea as mentioned while booking for which they charged extra. There were no snacks or tea/ coffee served. Just a pastry/ slider which was complimentary for all and upon enquiring they said this is what is we have for afternoon snacks, I am not sure then for what I had paid additional 20$ for 2-nights.
