Mawell Resort

Such a nice place. We did a 2 night trip as a couple and it was sooooo relaxing and peaceful. Loved every second ! Already book our winter trip 😻😻

I visit the resort for a weekend with my girlfriend. In the past we visited many resort with high standards. But Mawel Resort is one of the best or even the best resort we have been too. The staff were incredible friendly and thought about each detail. The room was wonderful and had all you could think about, the food was from another level and the complete spa and wellness was fantastic as well. It’s not cheap, but more than worth. We would love to return back again.

Well, this is one of the harder reviews. - Nice location - Good SPA area (with a nice selection of saunas and such) - Can become crowded (weekends) We liked our stay here quite a bit. It was planned as a wellness and relax weekend, which worked out fine. The rooms are spacious, clean and well designed. The view from most relaxing areas and some saunas is nice, as well as the view from most rooms. The restaurant has a high standard and the quality of food is great. It has to be noted that people are welcome in bathrobes from the SPA. However, as the restaurant is well setup you do not really realize. The only real drawback here is that the service is not able to serve all guests in the restaurant on time. Starters and Deserts come in buffet-style, while you have to hope that service does not forget your main course (which happened for us EVERY evening). Besides this the overall service in the whole resort was very good, but at the charged price I do not deem this acceptable. The big drawback having experienced many wellness resorts, I believe the steep price they charge and their ambition to be a luxury resort is not fully deserved.
