This was my third stay with Max Brown. Whilst the rooms are for sure very nice and the lodging is affordable, it is the brilliant staff that keep me coming back. They are enthusiastic, receptive, and nothing is a problem. This visit I came with my dog, and their treatment towards him was next level, even looking after him for a few hours every day when I went out to run some errands, and this gave me peace of mind. I have no complaints, and it will remain my go to every time I visit the magical city.
I’ve had a wonderful experience staying at Max Brown Hotel. The staff is nice and the vibe and experience are so fun. The room is clean and practical also nice interior. I’ll come back again!
I absolutely love this hotel! It’s the perfect stay. A design hotel that has so many thoughtful and fun aspects. Spacious and warm and friendly. My room was SO CUTE! A record player with a few records and retro style that reminded me of childhood while still being so fresh and sleek. The food was AMAZING I wish I could have tried everything on the menu and breakfast is perfect. The staff was so kind and made you feel at home. Close to all the tourist spots yet nestled in the best neighborhood in Vienna so you have tons of cute restaurants, cafes and shops. Staying here will make your trip to Vienna 100x better. Can’t wait to go back!!
