I never go for this hotel. I was with truck and its need big parking place. When I ask (e-mail) from this hotel about truck parking. They had not space, but they recomended other hotel where good parking area for bus/truck. And they answer really fast on my email. Good customer service! 😃
We had the family room for 3. Very spacious. Food in the restaurant was sublime and large portions.
Was in Livorno on business and the MAX Hotel is well located, close to the highway and with easy access to the port. The hotel is well presented, clean and well maintained. The rooms are a good size with a nice bathroom and a comfy bed. The breakfast was excellent value for money. Would return on future visits to Livorno.
