Been at the hotel pool. Adults on weekend 300/d, kids under 10 for 100/d but was told if it will be crowded, my kid will have to free the lounger which is very strange. The pool was nice. No hot water in the changing room though.
Think of this as a 4 star hotel on the premises of a 5 star and you won't go too far wrong. It's not a 5 star hotel - no feeling of luxury, the mattresses are as thin as you would get in a hostel. However, the price of the room is commensurate to what you are paying for. I especially love the window shutters, which help keep the room warm in winter. The showers were occasionally lukewarm but when I informed Reception, I assume that the boiler was turned up. However it was a bath shower with no curtain, so the floor gets wet every morning. It looks wheelchair navigable though I wouldn't call it friendly. Rooms are huge with sufficient power points. Staff are friendly and helpful. The fridge items are not crazily overpriced. I would advise not using the Airport transfer. 20 euros is way too much - use a taxi app. I recommend, so long as you pay 3-4 star hotel prices. You will feel ripped off if you pay Radisson prices!
Room was a furnace. We arrived and the AC was broken. It was late and we traveled 9 hours through Ukrainian checkpoints and were exhausted and needed to sleep. The AC button was literally ripped off, so it wouldn’t work. They said someone would fix it the next day. Someone came in while we were gone and managed to get the AC on but the button wasn’t replaced. I think they just took the button from another unit, switched it on and then put it back. The AC was so low that it didn’t have any effect until the sun went down. You woke up in a pool of sweat each day. Coffee, water, everything has an upcharge. Coffee was good though at least. There is a chair (like a single person couch) across the toilet; is that for me to watch others pee? Just curious. The hotel has a cool aesthetic, but it needs some work. I can’t give a room more than two stars if it’s extremely uncomfortable during sunlight hours. It’s a shame too because this place could be awesome
