We had a brilliant family holiday , food amazing, service amazing, and so much to do. The max assistant is such a brilliant idea, Samira Kazemi was so amazing and helpful in every way. Will definitely be back to this gorgeous hotel . 5 star all the way ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have never experienced better service in my life ever! Even though it is an all inclusive hotel services up to its peak! You will not hear a NO is an answer in this facility they use bamboo straws in their cocktails and worth to mention have all the premium liquor that is also included such as Blue Label😂 Every time I visit another hotel I have to think of Max Royal! Thank you for being so amazing!
The place is fabulous. The staff are awesome. The rooms are fine that was the only downside. We had a few issues and they were sorted quickly. The main restaurant are good but the supplement restaurants are far better. The spa was poor unfortunately as the steam room was way too hot and the sauna was cold. The jacuzzi was cold. The indoor pool is impressive and again the staff were so helpful.
