Great location, comfortale room, private parking possibility just a few steps away. Unfortunately the guy at the reception desk was unpolite, better say a bit rude. At the check in I had a couple of questions on the hotel services I wanted to take (and pay for the extras of course), but the guy asked me to return as he had other customers waiting for check in. Well, what did he think, was I just bunch of flower standing there? I was also a paying customer, -even settled the bill in advance upon arrival- and also waited for my turn to check in. I have been travelling a lot around Italy and the world during the past decades, and never ever experienced such a discriminative treatment. It's time to discover other similar category hotels, there are a lot in Ferrara.
