Absolutely exceptional stay – above and beyond expectations! From the moment I arrived, everything about this hotel impressed me: the warm welcome, the elegant atmosphere, and the outstanding level of service. The staff are incredibly attentive, friendly, and genuinely committed to making your stay unforgettable. What truly touched me was how they surprised me on my birthday: without me even mentioning it, they brought a beautifully decorated birthday cake and a special breakfast right to my table. That thoughtful gesture made my day and showed just how much they care about their guests. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-designed, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious, and the entire hotel was impeccably clean and tastefully decorated. If you're looking for a place that combines comfort, great service, and personal touches, this is the one. I would return without hesitation and recommend it wholeheartedly!

We had a great stay here for 1 night. Very clean room with all necessary toiletries and amenities. The pool was more like a spa but very relaxing with good view of the city. The breakfast was very yum and definitely worth the money. great location with good service upon entry and exit!

Extremely nice staff, so hospitable and friendly. Lovely room, very modern. Great breakfast with excellent views of Hanoi. Rooftop bar and pool was sick. Only downside may be location, but honestly i enjoyed it as it allowed me to see parts of Hanoi that I probably wouldn't have, if I had stayed closer to old quarter. This being said, I may be slightly bias as I do enjoy a good walk, however with the price of grabs, distance really isn't an issue. There is some great restaurants and stores around aswell. Overall 10/10 stay. Not a single complaint I could make, would definitely recommend, especially to those looking for a nice place to stay a little ways from the hustle and bustle of the main streets.
