May De Ville Crown Hotel

We stayed at this centrally located hotel in Hanoi and had a great experience, but what truly made our stay special was Erin. She was not only extremely helpful and attentive the entire time, but also incredibly kind, charming, and friendly. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at home. She was always checking in to see if we needed anything, offered great advice for getting around the city, and was genuinely interested in making sure we were having a good time. We built a lovely connection with her — she really went above and beyond, and thanks to her, we enjoyed Hanoi so much more. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and warm. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location, but it was her presence that turned a good stay into a truly memorable one. Highly recommended — and thank you again to the wonderful Erin!

The room was lovely, very quiet. The bar rooftop has an amazing view of Hanoi, the location is perfect to walk around Old Quarter. The breakfast was also very nice, lots of variation. Rosie is amazing, she sorted out the next stage of my stay and even arranged for me to come back to the hotel to shower and change before my next trip.

We had a great 3-night stay here. Location is perfect. Room was clean and the hotel service was excellent. They even brought me a little dessert for my birthday. Breakfast buffet was amazing with great options. The only issue is the noise. This hotel is on beer street, so know what you are getting. We were on the 3rd floor facing the street (Premier Room with City View) during the weekend, and it was loud at night from the karaoke and clubs, which was okay for me. They provide ear plugs if you need them. The rooftop pool was great and the views were awesome. Overall, great staff and location in the heart of Old Quarter. Definitely stay here if you want to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Hanoi!
