May De Ville Legend Hotel

Good location in the old town surrounded by many restaurants and temples. The room is quite big, never mind the city view as there is nothing much from the windows. The front desk is very helpful, especially Amy who goes all the way to assist me to buy a laptop charger. Breakfast can be better but their beef noddle is excellent.

Great experience, everyone is so lovely. Fantastic breakfast and comfortable rooms. Super clean, everything is so close by, very convenient. Amy is fantastic, she helped sort out our lift to the airport and went above and beyond to help us with our medications. Thank you so much! We will see you again!

We’ve stayed here a few times over the course of a month and have enjoyed our stay each time. Awesome location, really clean, nice breakfast. The staff is really nice, too, except for one interaction on our last day when checking out. The front desk staff asked to see my phone to see the booking and then took my phone, went through my email and search, then began completing the Agoda review on my account without my consent. It wasn’t until she got to the open comment field that she handed back my phone to get me to finish the review. Absolutely unacceptable. It makes me question how many of the reviews on Agoda are real versus how many were completed with the staff doing it for you without your consent or breathing down your neck while you complete the review. Luckily, the overall experience has been accurate to the listing and reviews, but that last interaction really rubbed me the wrong way and has now coloured my overall experience with the hotel.
