May Thermal Resort Spa Hotel

I can't even describe how regretful I am for booking this place with my family. The room they put us in was NOT cleaned, it was just fixed up. Pillow case had stains, floors had chip crumbs with ants all over it, balcony door was broken and wouldn't open, shower door was broken. They switched our room, and yes it was clean, but balcony door here only opened halfway, floors had water damage, and it smelled rusty. We tried getting our money back before we even unpacked and settled in..didnt work. We got the all inclusive package but food area had no drinks at all...not even water. When we asked for drinks, they said they qiukd charge us separately for it (what kind of a hotel doesn't provide drinks with food???) I booked this hotel mainly for its "beautiful" indoor play area for kids, where in the pictures is packed with toys, a ball pit, stuffed animals, etc... shelves were ENTIRELY EMPTY and the ball pit had about 20 balls in it. It was also not clean at all. We went downstairs to the thermal waters and spa area, and it looked like an abandoned hotel. There was a leak in the massage room that spread all the way to the hallway....I can go on....I have nothing positive to say abiut this place. I'm surprised it's up and running. I wish I can include pics and videos to show all

Definitely not worth its 5 stars title. This is a 1-2 stars hotel at best. I have never been in a hotel this unmaintained, in need for cleaning and renovation. The service of the room staff was a disgrace, we arrived at 5pm so already much later than usual check-in time and only when we arrived the woman prepared our extra bed without even looking at us and then threw (!!) the pillow case on the mattress while she was leaving our room and says: in the closet you will find an extra pillow - wow how disrespectful! The food for dinner was unenjoyable not enjoyable at all, the bulgur was mostly uncooked and it felt like I am biting on stones. The thermal areas were either completely closed (some saunas etc) or very very dirty and just disgusting. The rooms are too basic. There were no appointments for the massages left, but maybe that was good for us because we would have been disappointed again. This was a complete waste of money and instead of having a wellness vacation and less stress, we left disgusted and more stressed even. Will not come ever again and cannot recommend to anyone ever.

I didnt listen to the poor reviews because it looked like a decent hotel. Yet i wish i did and never came. They made me wait at the reception for hours even though i was on time and already had booked my room. After this i went to my room and i wasnt cleaned. It was exactly how the last visitors left it, sheets on the floor, ear cleaners on the counter. I asked them to clean it, they didn’t. I asked another time, and decided to swim in the meantime and they still didn’t clean. I was wet and wanted a shower, but not in a dirty room. They only get to clean after i started getting mad and almost left. I checked the room afterwards and i didnt even get my shampoo. This everything happened while i was almost missing my dinner, which was nothing special either for a “5 star hotel”.
