Maya Boutique Hotel & Spa

Went back to Hanoi for the 2nd time this year. Decided to stay at this hotel again since it has a very nice location. Near a lot of food options and activities. Rooms are neat. The bed is big and the water pressure for the shower is strong. The staff? Friendly and helpful! Vy, Frodo, Henry, and Jerry were all so accommodating and proactive. They are definitely the heart of this hotel!

We stayed at this hotel and were very satisfied. The breakfasts were good, and the staff was simply outstanding. They were incredibly polite, attentive, and caring, fulfilling any request we had promptly. For example, early in the morning before our tour, they prepared a lunch box for us without us even asking in advance. The hotel spa was very pleasant, and the massage was exactly what we needed after long walks. The location near the Old Town was very convenient for sightseeing. We also liked our room—it had everything we needed, and an iron was provided upon request. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it!

The hotel had excellent staff who are incredibly helpful. We had Ms. Vy and Mr. Frodo assisting us with our needs as it was our first time in Vietnam. They were incredibly flexible and helped us book the Ha Giang loop and Ha Long bay experiences straight from the hotel which made it easy and stress free. The rooms are air conditioned and comfortable with great movie choices from the TV provided.
