Maya Phuket Airport Hotel Naiyang Beach

Walkable from Airport. Rooms are clean and ambiance is great. Love the pool. But quite a far from Patong beach. But close by there is Naiyang Beach quiet and calm.

This place is a big NO for me please don’t waste your time or money This place is run down and pictures are not accurate. We arrived to our pool access room, rubbish and debris floating in the water the pool was VERY unclean see pictures attached. Bed was uncomfortable can feel the springs. Room is run down and unclean. We decided we did not want to stay for 5 nights here but would instead spend 1 night. When requesting a refund within half an hour of being there the lady said she no longer had the cash I had just paid her and that she would not refund us as the money was not on site anymore?? upon my husband going to speak to them they refunded the cash (that was supposedly not there so she just lied) and then were rude and said “don’t come back here”. If your hotel is dirty and disgusting don’t expect people to want to stay. The floors in the room weren’t clean. Our bedding had stains and someone else’s hair in?? The hotel is also loud all night can hear people coughing in other rooms. Overall please don’t waste your time here we could not wait to leave!

Avoid it at all costs. I booked two day, the first day the tap water was dark and not clean to use it even to wash your hands. The second day, the electricity went out for about 15 mins (no backup generator). The rooms are empty (no decor), the hotel is scary. They will go out of business soon if no plan has been put in action.
