⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Magical Experience! Maya Ubud Resort and Spa completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect — the food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented and full of rich Balinese flavors. Every meal felt like a special occasion. The vibes of the resort are just incredible — peaceful, serene, and deeply connected to nature. The sound of the river, the lush greenery, and the elegant design of the resort created such a calming and luxurious atmosphere. The service was beyond excellent. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. You can feel that they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and pampered at every step. And the views? Breathtaking. Whether it’s the jungle canopy, the river valley, or the perfectly maintained gardens, there’s beauty in every direction. It’s truly a hidden paradise in Ubud. Highly, highly recommend — we’ll definitely be coming back!

Our stay at Maya Resort was truly unforgettable! From the warm welcome to the incredible service, everything was perfect. A big thank you to the amazing staff — especially Ricky, Eka, Rupa, Ari, Wira, Merta, and Dewi — for making us feel so cared for.Service was always quick — whether it was the buggy, room service, or help from the butler team, everything arrived within minutes. Our toddler wasn’t feeling well and under the weather, but the butler team went above and beyond to help us.We loved the food — from delicious room service to the incredible buffet, and special thanks to the chef who made masala tea for us every day. The River Café offered stunning views, soothing river sounds, and amazing Italian food and drinks.Our son had a blast at the Kids Club with creative crafts that looked like professional workshops. And the spa experience by the river was just magical. The Balinese evening events at the amphitheatre were beautiful and filled with great food and culture.The photography session was a lovely bonus — we got some great complimentary pictures to remember the trip.Thank you to everyone at Maya Resort — your kindness and care made our stay truly special!

From the moment we arrived, our experience at Maya Ubud Resort & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. Everything – from the breathtaking surroundings to the exquisite food, world-class spa, and outstanding service – was flawless. The team at Maya are true hospitality professionals. They deliver 5-star service with warmth, grace, and attention to every little detail. A special thank you to our wonderful butlers Mai, Ari, and Rani – nothing was ever too much trouble, and their care made our stay extra memorable. We’d also like to thank our fantastic housekeeper Jede, who kept our rooms immaculate every single day – a true gem. Dining at Maya was a joy. The service team were incredibly attentive and friendly throughout, with a special mention to Parka, and the lovely waitress who looked after us at The Italian restaurant during lunch – she was brilliant (we’re so sorry we didn’t catch her name!). The spa experience was the icing on the cake. My daughter and I enjoyed two blissful treatments, and once again the service was impeccable – serene, professional, and truly rejuvenating. This was a 5-star experience in every way, and we’re already dreaming of our return. Thank you Maya Ubud – you’ve set the bar incredibly high!
