This is not the first time i stayed in a Mayfair property , but it had a different vibe from other properties .Initially we had some problem with the room they gave , cos there was a peculiar smell..but they gave us a better room afterwards, so thanks for that. Besides that they always went extra mile to give us good and fresh food everyday. Not just that on my daughters birthday they decorated the room for her which was a very nice gesture, my daughter loved it . What makes this property good is the service part as they listened to every requirement and were able to fulfill that with a smiling face .
A Perfect Blend of Luxury, Leisure, and Serenity" I’ve had a truly wonderful experience staying at MAYFAIR Himalayan Spa Resort , Kalimpong. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the serene environment and beautifully maintained property. The lush greenery, peaceful surroundings, and top-notch facilities make it the perfect getaway for relaxation and leisure. The staff is exceptionally courteous and professional, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The Property is elegant and offers a great mix of comfort and luxury. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and provide stunning views of Nature.
They made our Family remove 2 Wine Bottles purchased from Airport. We had to throw it during check in. They gave us shady BASEMENT rooms and said hotel was fully BOOKED on a Monday so no other rooms. Food was great. Pool is ok , Gym is too basic with only treadmill and Dumbells.
