Mayflower Park Hotel

The receptionist in the lobby was so friendly and helped me get my shuttle set up to the port for my cruise. Perfect location for sightseeing in Seattle. All staff extremely friendly. Great bed and pillows. Avery unique experience!

We used this hotel twice for our self drive holiday around the Canadian Rockies. At the end we were embarking on a cruise at Pier 66. The first night the accommodation was a bit tight and we missed not having twin beds - we rectified the matter 10 days later for second night. A small suite (we had loads of luggage ) was much better. The breakfast was great and the location was fantastic - 10 minute transfer to the ship. We used their left luggage facility which was great value.

During our stay we enjoyed the hotels location and the rooms were OK, a little dated but this is probably expected by a historical hotel. On our second night I called down to reception to ask would it be possible that the following week could the hotel hold our luggage for a couple hours (we would be disembarking a cruise at around 9AM and our flight wouldn't be to 3PM) We were assured by ALL 3 Front of house workers at the time that this would be no issue whatsoever. When we arrived back to the hotel the following week to store our luggage we were told that they would no longer hold our bags for a few hours and we were told to try our luck at a luggage hold hotel. The staff could not have cared less that we had 2 large bags that would be near impossible to carry through the streets. The Staffs poor service is the reason I would not return again.
