A perfect spot for photography as well, especially during sunset when the buildings light up beautifully. Overall, this place deserves a solid five stars for its dynamic environment and remarkable sights!

One of the worst and scariest hotel one can book and stay! If you want a scary and dirty experience being a homeless, this would be the hotel to book! The staffs are rude and ignorant of any complaints. The moment we opened the room door, the room smelled so bad. The AC took so long to cool the room. Internet wasn’t working at all. My kids were scared to sleep in the room and were feeling a negative vibes all around the room. It was a scary night for us! When complained, the attendants said all the rooms would be same. So no point in changing the room. When said, I would post a negative review for this worst experience, they happily smiled and said to post it. The hotel is full of negative vibes right from the room to staffs! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL regardless of how cheap the rates be! Staying in this hotel is as equivalent to be on the roads.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service, Rude Staff, and Misleading Facilities This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing hotel stays we’ve ever had. From the moment we checked in, the experience was completely unacceptable. We were staying on the 21st floor, yet there was no in-room telephone to contact the front desk. Every time we needed assistance, we had to physically go down — which is ridiculous for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be of a certain standard. The AC in our room was not working, and despite repeated complaints, the staff took no proper action. Finally, at 11 PM, they agreed to change our room. But even then, a technician came at 11:30 PM just to clean the air vent, which smelled strongly of cigarettes. After finally shifting rooms at 12 AM, we were told to wait an hour for the room to cool down — no urgency, no apology. When we asked to speak to the manager, the staff refused to share any contact details and claimed the manager was “not on duty” — even though this happened on a Thursday night going into Friday, during regular business days. Even the next morning, there was still no manager available to speak to. What made matters worse was the attitude of the staff. When we requested better service or a room that met the basic standards, they blatantly refused, offering no compensation or solution, just repeating, “I can’t do anything else.” The tone was sarcastic and dismissive, making it clear they had no interest in resolving the issue. The photos online are completely misleading. The actual condition of the rooms and service is nowhere close to what's shown. Overall, an absolutely terrible experience. I strongly warn others against booking this hotel. It’s not worth the frustration, and there are far better places at the same price with staff who actually care.
