recently attended a function at Mayur Presidency hotel Belgaum and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The event was flawlessly organized, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. The banquet hall was beautifully decorated, spacious, and well-lit, creating the perfect ambiance for the occasion. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by courteous staff who were attentive and professional throughout the event. The food was one of the highlights — a wide variety of dishes, all freshly prepared and delicious. The service during the meal was prompt and efficient, with staff frequently checking in to ensure guests were comfortable and well looked after. Audio-visual arrangements, seating, and cleanliness were all handled meticulously. The hotel management clearly paid attention to every detail, making the event feel seamless and stress-free. The location of the hotel right bang on service road, Pune-B'lore NH48., ideal for pitstop. Specially, mention to Arbaz from front desk is communication, skills was excellent keep it up Also, the amenities in the room, the bed and the comfy pillows are perfect and makes the stay very pleasant. Being a new hotel, the Rooms have dent free fixtures and furniture. .Breakfast spread is pretty limited., for guests staying for multiple nights. We ate Lunch at iceNspice and it was uninspiring. There was a time that I thought the hotel had the best buffet breakfast spread in Belgaum when they had only the Club operating. Their food quality was way better too. Now it all seems to have faded away. Improper Signages or the lack of it is again a challenge in navigating thro the expansive property. Highlight : Close proximity to lake is a big plus, we took morning walk around the lake thru the rear entrance which is very close to the hotel. All said and done i would have rated it 5* but for the above shortcomings! Excellent stay with some scope for improvement

The hotel staff is just on top of stupidity, absolutely uneducated, deceiving and lying. Inattentive. Also, upon request, they did not provide the necessary documents... the room was booked for two people, but the room only had accessories for one. Upon request to provide a GST invoice, they specifically did not enter our GST number and made the wrong documents. Staff trying to give you as less service as they can. playing and lying... Have spent 40k for 3 nights and had no service at all, and also no documents alongside Strongly not recommended!!!
