Mazagan Beach & Golf Resort

Hotel Mazagan Beach Resort: My stay at Mazagan was truly wonderful. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, clean, and luxurious. Yes, it’s a bit expensive — but honestly, it’s worth every dirham. From the elegant ambiance to the wide range of facilities, everything is thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and quality. The staff throughout the hotel were polite, professional, and very helpful. A special mention to the housekeeping and front desk teams — they were always attentive and courteous. However, I did face a small issue regarding the gym. It closes at 7:00 PM, which feels quite early for a 5-star resort. I would expect the gym to be accessible either 24/7 or at least until later in the evening, especially for guests who enjoy working out after dinner or late in the day. As for the restaurants, most of them were great — except for the BBQ restaurant. The staff there seemed a bit reserved and less welcoming compared to the rest of the hotel. A smile and a bit of warmth can really elevate the dining experience, especially in a luxury setting. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. The atmosphere, the views, and the quality of service made our stay memorable. I would definitely return and recommend Mazagan for anyone looking for a high-end getaway in Morocco

What a beautiful resort! We had a lovely stay here and were looked aftered well by all the staff! No request is too much and they will go over and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable. The beach is clean and large and the grounds are well kept! Several restaurants to choose from as well with good quality food sourced locally! If you’re looking for a luxury resort, I’d certainly recommend this one!

When you first arrive the place looks impressive. Service at check-in was great. Rooms were nice- but we did not get the connecting rooms we had requested. Not a big deal as our kids are older but if you have little kids, don't count on this. We weren't even on the same floor! The restaurant times posted are incorrect. We tried to have an early dinner at a place that was open till 7pm. We showed up at 5:45 and were told they only serve drinks now. We were not the only people disappointed and confused by this. Also, the music from the Buddha bar is so loud it was hard to sleep in our room- lots of thumping base late into the night. We also rented body boards but we're basically not allowed to use them as the lifeguard constantly blew his whistle at us. The water was not even waste deep but we were still scolded to come in or move over. If the current was that bad (it wasn't) then they shouldn't have rented us the boards in the first place! Waste of money. Overall I would not recommend this resort. We did not have a pleasant stay.
