MAZI Design Hotel by Kalima

We had a very pleasant stay at Mazi. It’s a convenient location to everything. The staff are so very helpful and friendly. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The room was comfortable & serviced each day. The daily buffet breakfast offered enough variety & always plenty of it.

Very disappointing stay this time. I stayed in this hotel in 2018, and as I remember I liked it a lot. Was clean, calm and well maintained. They even served cocktails on the pool. This time I did check out 2 nights before because my stay was so bad! We changed the hotel. First of all, amount of young dirty people who bring prostitutes during the night! It s impossible to sleep. We re young and we party but we respect others and don’t make loud sounds in the middle of the night. All night long there is some bass coming from street nearby. We couldn’t sleep until 7 am. So if u want to do tour to phi phi or James Bond- not possible as u cannot get any sleep. They leave u earplugs in the room but it doesn’t help. They would leave u note that their staff will be loud? Because of maintenance. What a joke! Every day from 9-4 pm. So when are we suppose to sleep? It s super dirty! As per pictures, pool is full of trash, water is dirty and I got itchy after entering inside. Kids on the pool start screaming 8 am and staff doesn’t care. Room cleaning is average. Card to enter room works 1 st time, after that u need to struggle to enter the room, going down and back for staff to fix it. All in all- this hotel never again.

Stayed there and did check out before my checkout date! Was so bad, dirty and loud! Not possible to sleep as the noise is crazy from 10 pm till 6 am. Then again from 8 am till 4 pm. Hotel needs maintenance, pool is dirty, full of garbage and leaves, staff isnt helpful. I wouldnt recommend to anyone to stay in this hotel.
