The hotel is in a very central position, located in the shopping district and car-free area. The rooms are very nice, the photos are realistic and the service is excellent. Room and bathroom are clean, equipped and the staff answers all of your requests. Breakfast is okay, food is in general okay. Recommended for a stay in Istanbul especially for the friendly treatment!
First time leaving a review for a hotel. Terrible experience because the air conditioner for the room doesnt seem to work and it seems as though the want us to burn slowly in a furnace. They also have terrible customer service because when i called reception from the room he said ok without hearing my request and never actioned it afterwards. It reminds me of myself when i was working security years ago and didnt care about the job. The nostalgia made me hate this hotel even more.
Great rooms, unfortunately this time unfinished cleaning when I arrived. Mistakes can happen, but was last year was a great breakfast buffet with many turkish delights has evolved to a breakfast you can find in a 10$ dollar/night hostal. Extremely unfriendly manager Not anymore recommended:(
