This is by far my favorite hotel when I visit Okinawa. The hotel itself is visually welcoming, it offers an atrium with gorgeous vines cascading from every floor. The rooms are spacious, clean, updated with contemporary furnishings and they offer a kitchenette area with all the important items you’d need for cooking. The hotel is perfectly positioned near American village and the area is safe to walk during day or night. The hotel staff’s consistently lovely and attentive and I’ve never encountered a problem. I frequent this hotel several times a year and have had the opportunity to experience others on the island. MB tops them all in every area hospitality.

Loved the stay so much! The staff were professional, very welcoming, and friendly. Made us feel so comfortable for 4 nights and 5 days. Clean, super spacious rooms and amazing facilities and food. We loved the happy hour with unlimited champagne and food with the rooftop pool. One of the best hotel experiences I've had and was the best decision to stay here in Okinawa! Definitely highly recommend it to everyone!

How can it position themselves as minority preferred but also discriminate at the same time? This hotel is new has a nice exterior, however it has a contaminated culture through the customer care and guest relations. Be prepared to get upset with every expectations as their priority is the art gallery itself than the paying guest. This place can get better at all aspects once the management and staffs go for a training at McDonalds or anywhere else. Throughout disgusting lack of cleaning in room and public space is unacceptable specially for the overpriced markups.
