Food disgusting. Same thing every night. Nowhere to sit, tables dirty. Hairdryer hanging off wall in bathroom, shaver mirror not connected to wall. Wardrobe door almost fell off when opened. Had to ask for 3 days before I got a kettle. Only good thing was a room attendant. He was fantastic. Room 2312. No early food even though we were told it would be available because of early check out. Would not go again. Very expensive for not a great holiday experience.

The worst travel experience I’ve ever had – avoid this place at all costs! This was, without a doubt, one of the most disappointing and frustrating vacations I’ve ever experienced. What was advertised as a “5-star resort” turned out to be a complete disaster from start to finish. Let’s start with the food: absolutely terrible. The selection was extremely limited — there were barely any edible options, and for two whole days I was forced to eat nothing but French fries. That’s literally all I could manage from what was offered. Unsurprisingly, I ended up with an upset stomach after eating there. Drinks? Also a joke. Even the soft drinks were served in tiny amounts, like they were being rationed. On top of that, they advertised free internet, but when we tried to use it, we were told we had to pay €30 just to connect two devices — a blatant scam and false advertising. But the most outrageous part of all: we had €100 stolen from our room. The cash was inside a wallet, placed in my bag, which was zipped and stored inside a closed wardrobe. We are 100% sure of what happened. When we reported it to the management, not only were they completely unhelpful, but the manager even had the nerve to accuse me of lying. No investigation, no apology, no solution — just blame-shifting and denial. Shocking behavior for any hotel, let alone one that claims to be 5-star. As for the room itself: dirty, poorly maintained, and nothing close to the photos. The cleaning staff clearly had no idea what they were doing — they barely cleaned anything, but they somehow had time to go through our belongings. The fridge didn’t work, we had multiple power outages, and the so-called “bottled water” tasted like it was mixed with tap water. Totally unacceptable. Even the basics were appalling — the plates and glasses in the dining area were often dirty, with visible stains or leftover food. Hygiene clearly isn’t a priority here. To call this a 5-star resort is pure false advertising. I wouldn’t even give it 2 stars. The level of service, cleanliness, food quality, security, and management response was absolutely disgraceful. Save your money, your health, and your peace of mind — avoid this place at all costs. It’s nothing short of a nightmare.

Do not come here for vacation avoid this place I had a horrible stay rooms were not clean correctly. I had four people in my room and they gave us three towels for showering. Their food was horrible. Their staff was not nice. My son kept asking for and they kept giving him sparkling water please do not come here and save yourself a good vacation somewhere else there's plenty of resorts in Turkey just avoid this one.
