Mci Hotel

Clean rooms in one of the newest hotels in town. The staff is friendly, and knowledgeable of the area. Pricing is great. Reservations can be made via online sources or directly with the hotel. Call and ask for Ale or Rosy. They have staff that can take your reservations in English. It is customary that they take a deposit when making your reservations directly with the hotel. The price is better if you book direct. There are many great options for food within steps of the hotel. Shopping is amazing in the area. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from the bus station, and a few blocks away from the interstate exit.

Terrible experience. This hotel is definitely NOT 4 stars. It looks like a two-person motel. The rooms were very ugly and uncomfortable, the mattress was hard and uncomfortable, the bathroom was dirty and the shower had a trickle that barely produced any water and no pressure. There was a lot of noise ALL night and early in the morning due to the noise of the electric gate of the public parking lot next to the hotel, so I couldn't sleep. The staff when I entered was friendly but when I left, a Chinese haired lady with a child was extremely rude to us. I WOULD NEVER COME BACK and I recommend that you don't be fooled and don't stay here. I had to change to another hotel because of how bad I had it.
