I've stayed here several times and really enjoy the place. Staff is always super friendly, be it at reception, at breakfast or in the restaurant. The rooms are very comfy, great beds and large bathrooms. The courtyard rooms are very quiet. Breakfast is very good with a good selection of hot and cold items. The top floor bar is great in the evenings for drinks. The location can't be beat. It's walking distance to the train station, many great restaurants and the city.
During my stay at Me and All Hotel Dusseldorf, by Hyatt in December 2024, I was pleasantly surprised by a thoughtful Christmas treat from the hotel staff. It was a small but heartwarming gesture that made our holiday visit extra special. The hotel has a unique Japanese-inspired design that my wife and I truly appreciated. Located in Little Tokyo, it’s an excellent spot for anyone who loves Japanese culture. Just downstairs, you’ll find some great Japanese supermarkets offering fresh and delicious sashimi and sushi. It’s incredibly convenient and adds to the cultural vibe of the area. The room itself was cozy and modern, with a nice touch of wood and ambient lighting. However, the bathroom door was a bit worn out, which was a minor letdown. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop restaurant. The nighttime atmosphere was fantastic, with cocktails and city views creating a great vibe. Just be aware that the space is occasionally reserved for private events, so it’s not always accessible. A big thank you to the front desk staff as well – it rained quite a bit during our stay, and they were always very kind in lending us umbrellas when needed. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish stay in the heart of Dusseldorf.
Priced like a 5* hotel while lacking the most basic facilities. The location is basically everything this hotel has going for it. The rooms are basic, they lack a mini fridge and even more basic things like a kettle or coffee machine. One of the lifts was faulty so we had to either wait over 20 minutes to get our luggage back to reception or take them down the stairs (which we ended up doing). The coffee shop downstairs is nice if you can find it open, it was pretty much closed down for most of our stay. Overall incredibly overpriced for what it is.
