Me and All Hotel Hanover by Hyatt

Good stay Reviewed Dec 21, 2023 via mobile Pleasant stay. Friendly staff. English spoken. Room was clean. Easy Uber to and from train station. Our room, #522, was a bit small and could use more lighting but overall pleasant. Layout with sink in bedroom area and glass doors to toilet and shower are peculiar. I stayed at this hotel and was charged a €50 deposit at check-in, which was never refunded. Despite weeks of follow-up and providing evidence from my bank, the hotel kept deflecting responsibility, insisting the amount was only "authorized" — but my bank confirmed it was actually charged. No refund was ever received. The hotel’s customer service has been dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to resolve the issue. I’ve spent over a month trying to get back my own money — with no result. Be very cautious with card payments and deposits here. I would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of accountability and professionalism.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are tiny. The bathroom is part of the room. There is no counter space at all. Worst of all is the staff. Very unfriendly. We booked two rooms and they only let us check in to one room and then charged us for the second room!!! What??? Completely unprofessional and not up to Hyatt standards. Read the other reviews. There are problems with cleanliness and everyone seems to hate the rooms. Seriously, pick a different hotel!
