Me and All Hotel Kiel by Hyatt

Stylish, Comfortable, and Welcoming I had a wonderful stay at Me and All Hotels. The building is modern with a stylish brick façade and a warm, inviting entrance. Inside, the atmosphere is both cozy and contemporary, with a clear focus on comfort and design. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, quiet, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the interior design, which gave the place a unique charm compared to standard hotels. The location is convenient, and the hotel offers great facilities, including a pleasant lounge area perfect for relaxing or working. Everything felt well thought out, from the check-in process to the small touches that make a big difference. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay with excellent service. I would happily return on my next visit to the city.

Not much choice of food. Bar is good. Complimentary breakfast is of average quality. Rooms are big and beautiful but the washbasin is of no use due to poor design

This hotel has the most amateur and profit-focused management I've ever experienced. A cancelled flight forced me to postpone my trip, and despite contacting them the day before, they charged me the full amount for THREE NIGHTS. The front desk tried to help, but the management, focused solely on profit, refused a refund. I would advise against staying at any hotel that prioritizes profit over customer satisfaction. I will not stay at Me and All Hotel or any Hyatt properties again; their lack of customer support is unacceptable regardless of loyalty level.
