We stayed here during our trip to Istanbul for four nights and had such a lovely experience! From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel so welcome and the receptionist greeted us warmly, offered us fresh drinks and hand towels, and even took the time to show us everything we needed on a map. Throughout our stay, the team at reception were always kind, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests we had. They were genuinely understanding and professional, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. We also really appreciated the late checkout at 12 p.m., which gave us a bit more time to relax before leaving. At checkout, they kindly asked how our stay was and made sure everything had gone smoothly, which just added to the great customer service. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at Me by Mula in Istanbul! My family and I stayed in the Hamam Suite, which was not only spacious and beautifully designed but also extremely comfortable — it truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. The food at the hotel was absolutely delicious, and what made our experience even more memorable was the warm hospitality we received. A special thanks to Anil, who went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. His kindness and attentiveness really made a difference in our stay. The location is another big plus — it's ideally situated very close to Sultanahmet tram station, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city's historic sites and attractions. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Istanbul. We’d love to come back again!

We arrived at 1:00 AM and were given a room directly behind reception, facing the street with no privacy and constant noise from a restaurant just meters away. The restaurant played loud music until the early hours, making it impossible to sleep properly. After complaining, we were only offered a similar room and had to pay an extra €25 per night to upgrade ourselves. The gym was a joke — the heaviest dumbbell was 7kg, the cross trainer was broken, and the space was tiny and claustrophobic. The hotel also refused to refund our prepaid breakfast even though we left at 2:00 AM and couldn’t use it. To top it off, the entrance had a broken marble step, which was unsafe. We raised all these issues with management and received no compensation or meaningful support. Extremely disappointed and would not recommend this hotel
