Excellent. The whole experience at the brand-new ME Lisbon was spot-on and totally mind-blowing. From the super friendly vibe at reception to the awesome rundown of all the services, the team was incredibly welcoming and always ready to help. The rooms are huge and stylishly decked out, with a bathtub right there in the room and loads of cool amenities. The SPA is so cozy and laid-back, staffed by absolute pros. The Fismuler restaurant knocks it out of the park with its standout service and a menu that's truly one-of-a-kind. Overall, it was an epic adventure – a weekend I'll never forget at a hotel that's already the go-to spot in Lisbon.
The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working and maintenance arrived 15 later to inspect the air conditioner. Maintenance determined that the room’s air conditioner was working and would inform the front desk to change our room assignment. It was been over 45 minutes and have not heard from either the front desk or hotel management about their decision to deal with the broken air conditioner situation.
Visited prior to the official opening and was welcomed by very friendly and professional staff. The lobby bar is elegant and relaxing for a drink along with a great selection of appertizers . Also coffee machine that rivals most specialist coffee shops! Also pet friendly 🐶
