Amazing Hotel and Exceptional Service! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the food was delicious—especially the breakfast! But what truly stood out was the outstanding service. After we checked out, we realized our daughter had left her favorite plush toy (Squawkatoo) behind. It was very special to her, and we were so worried. Thankfully, the hotel staff and especially our amazing concierge Sabrina—were incredible. They quickly found the toy and arranged to have it shipped to us at our next hotel in Rome. That level of care and attention meant so much to us. We can’t recommend this hotel enough, not only for the comfort and quality, but for the exceptional people who work there. Thank you again for going above and beyond!

One of the best hotels we ever stayed in. This year was the 2nd time that we stayed in this hotel. I would say that only four seasons in Madrid beats it. Everything and everybody is great and genuinely want you to have a good time. This time a forgot my expensive medicine in the minibar fridge. Housekeeper founded and brought to the front desk. They took the effort to make sure I got it back. Most of the hotels would just trew it out. If you are in Milan you gotta check this place. Roof top bar is a highlight

I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Although it is advertised as a 5-star hotel, but my experience was far from that. The towels and bed sheets were visibly dirty, which is completely unacceptable. In addition, the electric kettle was burned and clearly not safe to use. To make matters worse, one of the staff members at the entrance was rude and unhelpful, which further added to my negative experience. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I regret wasting my time and money here.
