We a family of 3 had a wonderful stay and experience in the Hotel. The staff, especially the lady on Reception and the General Manager were amazing and so friendly and helpful. The Hotel is really beautiful, our room was amazing and the food was fantastic too. We will definitely be back soon. 😁
We chanced our arm on a busy Easter weekend for dinner. We were met by Olivia who accommodated us and we had a beautiful meal. Service was exceptional and the surroundings and ambience made our night special. Olivia was professional from start to finish. Great member of staff. Thank you.
Room was full of dust and also cobwebs around lights. Our room was at the front of the hotel beside the road. You could hear the noise from the road and also from the local bars in the early hours of the morning. We were staying for a birthday and had asked the hotel if there was anything they could do to make it a special occasion. The request was just simply ignored. Service in the restaurant was good.
