Mecenate Palace

This hotel was absolutely perfect! Clean, quiet, beautiful, helpful staff, great breakfast and great location! I'm adding photos from their rooftop restaurant. Oh, and because we were there in July when it was hot, hot, hot, their air conditioning was amazing! They also had no problem placing my medication I needed frozen in their freezer! We highly recommend.

Thank you so much for all your help during our stay at your hotel in Rome. Everything was wonderfully organized—from the port transfer and city travel arrangements to the dinner reservations. We truly appreciated the seamless experience. Room is small, but service and location amazing! We will definitely return in the future!

I would give this hotel 4 stars as it’s a bit shabby from age but actually perfectly comfortable to stay. The room we had was deluxe with a view for king size bed which was comfortable but the room itself was quite small we couldn’t even open our suitcases inside it as there was no space big enough. The view was lovely! Directly opposite the Basilica. The breakfast service could be a bit more organised. Location was really good and hotel staff were lovely! A good spot for a more budget friendly trip for a few days.
