The hotel exceeded our expectations! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. The service was exceptional, and the pool was a great place to relax. Thanks to Nivaa, Shakul and all the staff who made us feel right at home. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and the location was ideal for our business trip. Will definitely recommend the hotel to everyone! :)
I spent two weeks here on vacation, and it was fantastic. All the staff are extremely friendly and professional, from Emily at reception to the lifeguard at the Coco Lounge, and all the ladies at breakfast, specially Dwi, that made my day everyday. The hotel is super clean, and the breakfast offers a wide variety. I will definitely miss it.
We spent almost two weeks in this hotel. After having stayed in others in the area, this is by far the best in terms of services, friendliness of staff and amenities. Super clean room and a variety of restaurants in the hotel to choose from. A special note for Mr. Irfan, a super professional room attendant who took care of our room with utmost care. We were impressed! Our full recommendation for this hotel in Dubai.
