We were visiting with family and stayed at this place for 4 nights. The facility is excellent. We actually got treated like family members here. Everyone went out of Their way to accommodate all our needs. The owner themselves paid a lot of attention to everything. We did a couple of days of hiking locally plus some mountain biking. The view from the hotel is just beautiful. The food was excellent. Rooms are neat and clean. Service was fast and excellent.
Beautiful place, friendly and nice people and fun activities.
It does not feel as many older haciendas do and feels a bit too modern, less luxurious considering its price and sad. The prices are also highly exaggerated for what it is. They don’t even have half day prices for the spa and they seem to be exploiting the fact that richer American or European tourists could pay for anything. Except there are better options for the same or cheaper price than here.
