Mediterranean Palace

Perfect location, beautiful hotel the refurbishment looks fantastic. We had a plunge pool room with the most wonderful views, it really made our holiday special and was perfect for our child to play in. Staff across the hotel are friendly and welcoming. Evening entertainment was very impressive and drew a large audience nightly. The pool area is huge, clean and inviting, no rush for sunbeds and there is always something happening at the pool to keep families entertained. Lovely touches for children in the rooms such as their own toiletry box, towels and dressing gowns as well as delivery of kinder eggs and juice. Hotel was perfect for my 4 year old. Only slight niggle is breakfast, this wasnt as good as another local hotel we stayed at last year, however, the rest of our experience was wonderful.

We stayed at the hotel in February 2025 and were very satisfied! First, it has a great location near the beach with a small bay where there are no huge waves and you can swim peacefully in the clean ocean. Second, the staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Something happened to the bed in our room after cleaning, and we couldn't put it back in place. We reported this to the reception in the morning, and when we entered the room at lunchtime, everything had already been fixed. Plus, the room is cleaned daily, the beds are made, and any missing toiletries are delivered, etc. Thirdly, the cuisine. A wide variety of dishes (Spanish, Japanese, European) and incredibly delicious desserts! There were always enough sun loungers by the pool, and the pool itself is quite large and beautiful. We are very happy with our vacation and would love to come back again!

I’ll start by saying the hotel is gorgeous—very spacious, and everything looks luxurious and brand new. The service was very good, although the receptionist was a bit rude when we arrived. Our room wasn’t ready at 3 p.m., and we had to push a little to get a different one. They really shouldn’t promise a room will be ready at a certain time if it won’t be. The pool is huge and very beautiful. The rooms are super comfortable, and the bed was spacious. We paid for breakfast, and it was a 10 out of 10. And it’s beachfront. We’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel!
