An excellent place to have relax. Ultra fast check in. Pros: Location Super room (studio room) Amenities are awesome (kitchen, sofa,TV,Bed,generator,kettle, wardrobe) Zero disturbances Nice and easy access beach Excellent complementary breakfast Activities (basket ball, chess, carrom, billiard) Cons: Due to very near to the beach the swimming pool not good and sure not able to use (anyway it is not big problem) Somewhere the tap water leaking so frequently tank water gets empty. Though they monitor and switching it ON it is better to sort for permanently Overall: A well equipped budget friendly, staff friendly, nature friendly environment for family, friends and couples relax.

Great location, rooms were neat, linens neat. Bathroom fixtures needs upgrades. Still have scope of improvements, especially maintaining a hygiene swimming pool and maybe explore more indoor activities for kids. Beach access at just few feet is a plus, gives us freedom to enjoy the beach and come back immediately to refresh. The manager of the property was courteous and should take this review as a positive feedback and improve.

The rooms were really horrible, we had to move 3 times due to broken air conditioners. The pool was stinking with some dead bugs in it and the bottom was not at all visible. The food was even more crap, there was a brown jute rope in our briyani and cockroaches in the vessels. The only thing on our trip which we were able to have fun with was the private beach access. The pillows and sheets were stained, room was stinking. Didn't even have the thought of taking a picture and posting as we wanted to leave and come back home even more. Horrible experience. Do not fall for the ratings and go. Never going back again.
