I have been here at this hotel for 2 weeks and I got few things that really pissed me off and some positive things 1. I don’t know who’s idea was it to blast music till midnight, but if you want to do that you need to first soundproof the windows and the balcony, because not everybody wants to be awake till midnight. I had to use earplugs almost the whole stay, because I could fall asleep (specially when I had to catch my flight the next morning). 2. Continuing with the room, the air conditioning stopped working twice! The first time it happened I went to reception and they fixed it, but the second time they had to move us into new room, which to be fair was nice of them. 3. My final complaint is that most of the staff working there didn’t speak English. That wouldn’t be that bad, if it weren’t for the reception. Every time I went there for something it was like a 50/50 chance that they would understand me. On the other hand the food there was always fresh and good, the sun loungers on the beach were 5€ per day, but that’s not a problem in my opinion. Most of the staff were kind and professional (if they didn’t speak English they at least tried to help somehow). Overall it’s a nice hotel, specially for the kids

I recently stayed at this hotel for a week long vacation. On the surface, it’s a beautiful and well designed resort with many amenities that make it attractive: multiple pools, direct access to the beach, good security presence (lifeguards), and overall excellent cleaning services. The housekeeping staff did an impeccable job every day, which we truly appreciated. However, despite the great facilities and the hard work of some of the staff, the experience was significantly affected by the incredibly poor service at the reception. The communication from the reception team was inconsistent and frustrating. On one day, they would say one thing, and on another day, they would completely contradict it. It became exhausting trying to figure out what was actually available or included in our stay. What made matters worse was the complete lack of information provided to us. We only found out two days before our departure that we were entitled to certain benefits and offers throughout our stay things that we would have gladly taken advantage of if we had only been informed in time. This was a major disappointment and a missed opportunity to enjoy the full experience the hotel supposedly offers. To be fair, one person did stand out in a very positive way: Nada from customer service. She was extremely kind, understanding, and genuinely tried to resolve the issues we were facing. Her professionalism and helpful attitude were a breath of fresh air. In summary, while the hotel has potential thanks to its location, design, and facilities, the extremely poor reception service and lack of communication severely undermined our stay.

I paid more than £1k for 6 people for 4 nights with breakfast and dinner included. Overall, the money value is not worth the service we received from this hotel. It was a family-friendly hotel, the area was nice and quiet. I liked the design of the hotel, the interior and the exterior of it. The views were really beautiful from the room. The food was okay, it could have been way better and it could have embraced the Spanish cuisine in a better way. The drinks are expensive for some reason. There could have been more activities to do without having to pay to use any of the facilities like the gym or sauna there, to me it sounds ridiculous to pay for a hotel gym. It could have been way cheaper for this kind of service. I will definitely not come back to the hotel. Not worth the hotel visit, they also had issues with water supply and it smells awful in the lobby, I think they have issues with their drainage system. The mattress had a yellow spot on it near the head. The water supply cut off for around 2 hours, and it came back as yellow water. This was okay but just to make other aware of it. The receptionist could have been more welcoming and one thing I didn’t like was the fact that she was speaking to another guest in Spanish while she was completing our check-in. The service could have been way better. All of these things can be improved and it would be a 4 stars in my opinion but it definitely not worth the 4 stars they have.
