Only complaint is music noise from bars going beyond 3am. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for customer service. Staff are efficiently and acts on your request. Although they dont speak English, they were very Google translate savvy! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for location. Very centrally located. Vibrant streets and never miss a beat. 10-min walk to metro Estudio. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for facility. Very clean. Wow factor in room and comfortable bed and pillows. Has safe, AC and 1.5 closets with mirror and desk. Has breakfast section on ground floor. ⭐️⭐️✨for comfort. This hotel is in a convenient location but due to surrounding bars and party bus, the music never ends! As such, it is very hard to sleep well due to noise. The music gives stubborn base beats beyond 3am and the walls are not insulated. (Ear plugs don't seem to help with the beats!)

Don't stay here, the service is hopeless, staff unfriendly, rooms are old & decrepit, towels are frayed, breakfast is cold & greasy & not a self serve buffet. , the beds are hard, paint peeling off the walls, music blasting from the street, have to let shower run for 5 mins to get hot, no floor mat in shower, & an inconvenient location.

I finally understand what people mean when a review says “if I could leave 0 stars, I would.” This was by far the worst stay I’ve ever experienced during global travel. While their staff is courteous, the hotel’s policies and follow-through are horrendous. During this stay: - we’ve had to wait over 2 hours for our initial sheets to be replaced by possibly clean ones (picture added). Clean sheets should’ve been the case on check-in. We still found hair on our pillow but were too tired to re-ask for something else to change. - the breakfast option was not provided to us as per our reservation and instead of providing support or a solution, we were told to hash it out with the booking company, as this was a “common problem”. If it’s a common problem, I’d expect management to attempt to fix it. - I can literally see into other people’s rooms from our room, which is uncomfortable in itself, but also requires us to constantly shut the blinds making the room feel even more like a cell. - the noise. While my partner and I are heavy sleepers, we do understand why people who have trouble sleeping would be driven mad by the location. It’s busy at night and is noisy. We went to sleep fine, however have been woken up at 7 in the morning by some sort of construction. I can’t even chat with my partner beside me as I’m writing this. - Edit on noise: nonstop drilling and hammering is occurring on the other side of our 4th floor wall. If you want to sleep past 7:30am maybe ask to be placed in a non-construction zone of the hotel for now
