We are still about to launch our pilgrimage in Medjugorje. We want to go to Dubrovnic after our pilgrimage. I message the hotel in advance for advice they could give us. At once...we got a response from them. For us..this customer service. They were there when we need them most...thank you ! You got us from the get go! God bless!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Medjugorje. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and satisfying. But what truly made our experience stand out was the recommendation to use Ivan Vasilj for our transportation needs. Ivan was exceptional—kind, communicative, punctual, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. He drove us not only around Medjugorje but also to and from Croatia, including Dubrovnik. Traveling with my mother, I felt completely at ease knowing we were in such capable hands. His local knowledge and thoughtful recommendations made our trip that much more special. I’m very grateful to the hotel for connecting us with Ivan, and I would highly recommend his services to anyone visiting Medjugorje—whether you’re staying at this hotel or elsewhere in the area.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Unacceptable Behaviour Towards a Solo Female Traveller I’m very sad to leave this review as I’ve been visiting Medjugorje for three years and have always found the people and hotel staff here kind, warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this hotel was the complete opposite - deeply disrespectful, aggressive and intimidating. Upon arriving, two staff members at the hotel directed me to park in a space directly outside the front entrance. I initially questioned it, as there seemed to be signage indicating it was not a designated parking area. However, they reassured me multiple times that it was fine to park there, so I trusted their instructions and left my car in that spot for the night without issue. The next evening after returning from 7pm Mass, I parked in the exact same space, believing it was still acceptable given the previous day’s guidance. Within moments, another man working at the hotel approached my vehicle and very aggressively demanded I move. I hadn't even exited the car yet, and I immediately reversed out of the space, fully willing to park elsewhere. What was deeply upsetting was the hostile and rude manner in which this man spoke to me. Despite the fact that I had already moved my car without resistance, he continued to berate me in a loud and intimidating tone. I asked him for his name and he refused to tell me until the fourth time I asked, which is unacceptable behaviour from any member of hotel staff. Even though I had parked in a different spot and was trying to return to my room, he walked outside with another colleague as if to show me again that the signage indicated no parking - something that was already resolved. I did not want to have any further interaction so I went towards the elevator. However, both men then followed me inside the hotel and continued to speak at me in a derogatory manner, reinforcing the same point again and again, despite the fact that I had already complied. By this stage, I felt completely intimidated and threatened, especially as a woman travelling alone. I stopped the elevator doors from closing and asked him to stop speaking to me like that, as his behaviour was far beyond what could be considered professional or respectful. There were plenty of other empty parking spaces at the hotel at the time, which is probably why his colleagues had directed me to that spot in the first place. Had I been asked politely to move, I would have done so without hesitation - and in fact, I did. The issue here is not the parking, but the aggressive, degrading, and completely inappropriate tone and conduct of a staff member who should be representing the values of hospitality. If this is how your hotel treats solo female guests - with intimidation, raised voices and a refusal to even give a name when asked - then I absolutely cannot recommend staying here. I’ve never experienced such behaviour in any of the hotels I’ve stayed in throughout Medjugorje until now. In fact I've never experienced this behaviour from anyone in any hotel I've ever stayed in. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call to management. This behaviour is unacceptable and must be addressed.
